本系列注射式/常压重力式两用灌装机是我司研制的一种高技术产品。它可适用于不同粘度的水剂、流体、洗涤类产品，对物料接触部分的零件，全部采用不锈钢材料，具有防锈耐腐蚀性能，广泛应用于食品、化妆品、医药、油脂、日化、洗涤剂、农药、化工等各个行业产品灌装。采用直线灌装方式，可用于不同类型的溶液灌装。无需增添任何备件。

This series of injection/atmospheric gravity dual-purpose filling machine is a high-tech product developed by our company. It can be applied to water, fluids and washing products with different viscosities. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel. It has anti-rust and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in filling food, cosmetics, medicine, grease, daily chemicals, detergents, pesticides, chemical industry and other industries. Linear filling method can be used for different types of solution filling. No additional spare parts are required.

性能Performance

称重范围0-40kg，误差0-50kg/桶，其值与物料流动性有关；灌装头采用滴漏装置，灌出的产品无气泡产生，效果好；可配气动夹盖和气动压盖装置，能非常方便更换。

Weighing range is 0-40 kg, error is 0-50 kg/barrel, its value is related to material fluidity; filling head uses drip-leak device, the product poured out has no bubbles, and the effect is good; it can be equipped with pneumatic clamp and pneumatic cap device, which can be easily replaced.
