电加热不锈钢反应釜操作注意事项：

1、油量为夹套容积的80%左右（以加热器工作时，油不溢出为宜）。

2、严禁无导热油或釜内无物料（及空釜）时通电加热。

3、电加热夹套上部安装放空管要畅通，防止堵塞。

4、电加热升温要缓慢，特别是第一次升温要注意防止引起油气和水气的暴沸。

5、为有效地节约能源，应在设备外加保温层，严禁超压使用。

1, the amount of oil is about 80 % of the jacket volume(when the heater is working, the oil does not overflow).

2, no heat conduction oil or no material in the kettle(and empty kettle) when energized and heated.

3, electric heating jacket upper installation of the empty tube to smooth, prevent blockage.

The heating up of electric heating should be slow, especially for the first time. Care should be taken to prevent the boiling of oil and gas and water gas.

5, in order to effectively save energy, should be in the equipment plus insulation layer, the use of extreme pressure is strictly prohibited.
