1、整厂设计,量身订造,智能化生产:

(1)充分考虑储罐区、合成车间、涂料车间等功能区的控制要求，各系统可独立控制运行，具备可扩展性，并且之间能够实现便捷的信息传送和数据共享。

（2）合成车间及储罐区使用一套西门子控制系统及上位机软件，监控各反应釜的生产情况，以及储罐液位、温度等信号，实现安全连锁保护的要求。

（3）配料车间使用西门子控制系统及西门子WINCC上位机软件，监控各分散缸，搅拌、配料等过程，完成车间生产的控制。

（4）两车间控制系统可独立运行，互不干扰；之间使用工业以太网相连，共享相关的数据信息。

Whole plant design, tailor-made, intelligent production

(1) Fully consider the control requirements of each functional areas such as storage tanks area, synthetic workshops, paint workshops, etc. Each system can be independently controlled and operated, with scalability, and can realize convenient information transmission and data sharing.

(2) Synthetic workshop and storage tank area use a set of Siemens control system and PC software to monitor the production status of each reactor, as well as the tank liquid level, temperature and other signals to achieve the requirements of safe interlock protection.

(3) The batching workshop uses Siemens control system and Siemens WINCC host computer software to monitor the processes of various dispersion cylinders, mixing and batching, and complete the control of workshop production.

(4) The two workshop control systems can operate independently without mutual interference; they are connected by industrial Ethernet and share relevant data information.

2 系统方案概述

西门子控制器和WINCC监控软件组成的控制系统具有操作简便，功能强大，运行速度快，实时性好的特点。监控画面清晰，丰富，运行可靠性高。所有数据采用标准数据库保存,可供查询及打印。系统广泛应用于在冶金、化工、印刷生产线等领域，为目前国内外先进的生产自动化控制技术。

System Scheme Overview

The control system consisting of Siemens controller and WINCC monitoring software,which has the characteristics of simple operation, powerful function, fast running speed and good real-time performance. The monitoring screen is clear, rich and high operational reliability. All data is stored in a standard database for query and printing. The system is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, printing production lines and other fields, and it is the advanced production automation control technology in the world.

3 储罐区液位、温度监控报警功能

系统对罐区储罐进行实时监控；储罐上安装液位传感器、现场声光报警器。温度、液位信号接至合成车间PLC控制系统，实现数据采集、显示和记录。

系统对各储罐的液位、温度监控，有液位上下超限报警、温度超限报警。当储罐物料液位超过高报警液位，系统报警提示；当达到高高报警，即超过安全液位时，系统强行切断卸车泵，防止溶剂满罐溢出，满足安全连锁要求。

控制室系统画面动态、图形化显示现场每个储罐的液位、温度等工艺参数，实现物料存量数据统计和记录，历史曲线记录的回放，控制声光报警器动作等功能。

The liquid level, temperature monitoring alarm function for storage tank area

The system monitors the condition of storage tanks in real time by the liquid level sensor and the live sound and light alarm on the tank. The temperature and liquid level signals are connected to the PLC control system of the synthesis workshop to realize data acquisition, display and recording.

The system monitors the liquid level and temperature of each storage tank, and with a liquid level upper and lower over limit alarm and a temperature over limit alarm. When the storage tank material level exceeds the high alarm level, the system will alarms; which means the safety level is exceeded, the system forcibly cuts off the unloading pump to prevent the solvent from overflowing and satisfying the safety interlocking requirements.

4 合成车间控制系统功能说明

1．        参数状态显示：车间生产设备各参数、状态，如重量、温度、液位、气动阀门开/关等均在控制室WINCC软件动态显示；

2．        自动配料功能：生产釜液体原料由系统控制，气动阀门和物料泵，自动打料计量，完成后自动记录；现场控制及控制室控制。

3．        自动控温功能：生产釜温度控制，根据设定温度自动调整反应釜温度，自动生成温度曲线；

4．        报警和连锁保护功能：系统实时检测各设备的运行状态，对投料、温度等过程出现的异常情况，马上进行报警，并自动停止相关操作。

5．        归档记录功能：生产过程重要技术数据（重量、温度）实现自动记录存储，可随时查询。实现数据可追溯，并为系统信息化升级提供数据基础。

6．        系统自检功能：系统自动检测阀门、搅拌电机、输送泵状态和称重仪表、温度传感器信号，出现故障马上报警；

7．        权限设置功能：WINCC人机界面拥有多级权限管理功能，并可灵活配置管理、操作权限。

每个系统的滴加工艺包括乳化缸、氧化剂缸、还原剂缸、引发剂缸向反应釜滴加。物料缸安装称重传感器，配合气动调节阀，控制匀速滴加。

The adding process of each system includes an emulsification vessel, an oxidant vessel, a reducing agent vessel, and an initiator vessel to be adding into the reaction vessel. The material vessel is equipped with a load cell and a pneumatic regulating valve to control the constant speed adding.

系统跟据设定的滴加速度，自动调整阀门的开度，使实际速度达到设定的速度。滴加面板显示滴加时间、速度等滴加信息。

The system automatically adjusts the opening of the valve according to the set adding acceleration, so that the actual speed reaches the set speed. The adding panel displays the adding information such as the adding time and speed.
